Klub Výdech

Klub Výdech is an open and welcoming space where different generations can meet, and everyone can find a moment to relax, unwind, and enjoy meaningful time together. Our goal is to create an environment where parents and children can take a breath, recharge, and find inspiration.

The club is run in collaboration with the Vršovice congregation of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren and the Jablíčkov Family Center, with each partner offering programs according to their expertise.

With the congregation, different generations can explore their spirituality and modern Christian faith. Children engage with biblical stories and draw inspiration from them, while adults work directly with the texts, discussing their meaning and interpretation with the pastor. There is also an opportunity for personal conversations with the pastor or pastoral worker about one’s thoughts, questions, or challenges.

The Jablíčkov Family Center offers courses and programs for children and parents:

• For the youngest children: meetings with a doula and combined programs for toddlers.
• For parents with children: morning programs filled with fun, new rhymes and songs, tips for activities at home, making new friends, and advice on parenting. Suitable for children from 1 month to 3 years.
• For adults: morning and afternoon yoga classes and self-development English courses, some of which can be attended together with children, ideal if childcare is not available.
• For children: afternoon classes, such as Playful Yoga, where kids develop movement skills, coordination, and creativity through playful activities.

The club space is barrier-free, with an elevator and a place to leave strollers at reception. Facilities include a children’s corner, library, coffee and tea, microwave, children’s chairs and tableware. The club provides a welcoming environment not only for classes and play, but also for rest and community meetings for parents.
