BabYoga is an original movement concept for babies and young children that combines mindful movement, touch, play and the closeness of a parent. The classes are designed to support psychomotor development, strengthen the parent-child bond, and bring joy through exploring the world. Suitable for children from 7 weeks to around 5 years old and takes place in several studios across Prague.
The youngest babies are introduced to gentle movement, massage, rhythm and simple positions that support their natural development. Each class is adapted to the baby’s current developmental stage. Parents also learn how to handle their baby safely and how to support them through key developmental milestones.
For children who are already crawling, standing or walking, BabYoga offers playful themed classes full of movement, songs, rhymes and simple yoga poses. Children develop gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination and social abilities.
Classes take place in small groups, creating a safe and friendly environment. Parents appreciate not only the professional guidance but also the sense of community that forms around BabYoga. The instructors are experienced and kind. Classes are even offered in both Czech and English, making them accessible for international families.
