The Children’s Playground of Old Czech Legends is a charming spot for families visiting Vyšehrad in Prague. Located in the Malá zahrada area near V Pevnosti street, this playground is inspired by old Czech legends and features natural wooden play structures, including climbing frames, towers, playhouses, swings, and two rope slides. It’s perfect for younger children, with separate areas for different age groups ensuring safe and fun play.
The playground has shaded spots and grassy or gravel surfaces, making it comfortable for both children and parents. While the playground is not fully fenced, it’s easy to keep an eye on smaller kids.
For a quieter visit, we recommend coming in the morning or late afternoon. After playing, you can enjoy a short walk around Vyšehrad, which makes a great continuation of a family outing in the city.
