If your child loves helping in the kitchen, enjoys sweets, and wants to experience what it’s like to be a real pastry chef, the courses at HF Pastry Academy are perfect for them. In the welcoming environment of the modern pastry academy, children learn to bake with heart, hands, and imagination – and most importantly, with joy.
The courses are designed for children aged 8 to 14, and with a small group size (maximum 6 children), instructors can give individual attention to each participant. Lessons are conducted with kindness, patience, and a focus on safety, so even complete beginners quickly feel confident and capable.
Young pastry chefs will learn the basics of pastry making, including working with dough, creams, and decoration. They will try different techniques, develop precision and patience, and best of all – they can take home everything they make. Children also receive recipes so they can continue baking at home.
All courses take place in a fully equipped environment with professional ingredients and tools. Each child gets their own apron provided by the academy, and refreshments and drinks are included during the day.
Courses are held on weekends and last several hours. Children can explore popular themes such as colorful macarons, fun cupcakes, or magical beginner cakes, with new creative lessons added regularly.
