The Language Playground is a language and creative studio in Vršovice, Prague, designed for children aged 1–9 years. Children are introduced to languages in a natural and playful way through movement, music, sensory play, storytelling, creative activities, and games.
Programs are divided by age groups (1–3, 2–4, 3–6, and 6–9 years) and take place in small groups in a welcoming multilingual environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, which encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent exploration. Classes are open to both Czech children and children from multilingual or expat families.
The studio also offers childcare with coworking options. Parents can work, run errands, or simply take some time for themselves while their children spend time in a safe and creative play environment.
Children can enjoy sensory and creative activities, books, games, and space for free play under the supervision of an experienced team. This concept is especially popular with parents who work remotely or need flexible childcare.
The Language Playground also offers space rental for children’s birthday parties and family celebrations. The venue is designed for young children and includes a play area and comfortable space for parents. Each celebration is booked exclusively for one family to ensure privacy and a relaxed atmosphere.
Parties can be enriched with themed activities such as messy play, face painting, sensory games, mini disco, or dance workshops.
The studio also offers baby-friendly Czech language courses. Parents can focus on learning while their children play safely under the supervision of experienced staff.
