ZONA V POHYBU – a modern space for families with children

ZONA V POHYBU continues the long tradition of the Žabička Swimming School (since 2007) and offers a modern and safe environment for children and their parents. Under one roof, you can find swimming, movement classes, leisure activities, relaxation, and a comfortable space for parents. The new branch opened in October 2023 and, in addition to activities for children, also offers classes for parents, such as circuit training or yoga.

SwimmZona – swimming and relaxation

SwimmZona features a small pool (8 × 3.3 m), ideal for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Courses are available for children from 6 months. The water temperature is 30–32 °C, and the area includes a children’s sauna (65–70 °C) with regular family sauna ceremonies. The pool can be rented as a whole or used during free hours outside regular classes.

GymZona – movement and birthday parties

GymZona has two halls:

• Large hall (98 m²) for exercise classes, free movement, and sports activities
• Smaller hall suitable for workshops, seminars, or smaller events
  Both halls can also be rented for children’s birthday parties.

Kafe & Play Zona – parent relaxation and children’s fun

The café is open to the public and course participants, connected to a children’s play area divided for toddlers and older kids.

• Breakfast, sweet and savory snacks, and the option to heat your own food
• Parents can enjoy coffee and refreshments while supervising their children

SunZona – solarium for parents

A standing solarium with collagen tubes is available for parents to relax and recharge.

Practical information for families

• Changing tables and mats, children’s toilets, showers, hairdryers, and cosmetics
• Lockable lockers in GymZona
• Free parking in front of the building or at the nearby Billa supermarket
• Strollers can be left at the reception
• Childcare every Wednesday from 9 AM to 12 PM (max. 3 hours, trial operation)
• Multisport accepted
