Edison Filmhub is a cinema, café, and bar located in the center of Prague. It offers audiences a curated program full of selected cycles with discussions, screenings of new and classic art films, as well as film festivals and showcases (e.g., Be2Can, Scandi). The café and bar serve the best products from local suppliers, follow the latest trends in gastronomy, and prepare everything in a stylish environment.
For both children and adults, Edison Filmhub organizes the Edison Junior program. Regular weekend screenings include fairy tales, the latest animated films, and live-action films for youth. Films are shown both with Czech dubbing and in the original language with subtitles. Edison Junior provides cultural education for children of all ages. There is a 20 CZK discount for children and students. Selected screenings are often accompanied by additional activities, such as art workshops or other creative programs. For films from Film Europe (e.g., A Cat’s Odyssey, The Bear Prince, Mumbo Jumbo and others), coloring pages and memory games are also available.
Guests are welcome to bring refreshments purchased from the café into the screening room. In addition to children, pets are also welcome. The cinema is fully accessible.
