Gymnathlon is a comprehensive sports program for children aged 2.5 to 11, designed to support the playful development of motor skills, a love of movement, and a healthy approach to sports without pressure to perform. The goal of the program is to build a lifelong passion for sports and a healthy lifestyle.
The program combines athletics, gymnastics, movement games, and team activities, and is based on a methodology developed in cooperation with Charles University. Lessons respect children’s age, individuality, and needs, with a focus on versatility, natural movement, and enjoyment rather than competition.
Gymnathlon offers several programs:
Baby – first movement experiences for the youngest children
Junior – development of basic sports skills for preschool and younger school-age children
Sportmix – a combination of various sports activities for all-round development
Active – dynamic lessons for older children, focused on coordination and strength
In summer, the programs are complemented by Gymnathlon Camp, a day sports camp full of movement and games.
Training sessions are led by qualified coaches who use game plans and stickers to motivate children to stay active and build their confidence.
Gymnathlon operates in more than 130 cities across the Czech Republic.
