Hejbárna is a project for children from 1.5 years old, conveniently located at Strossmayerovo Square in Prague 7. It offers both regular and hourly morning childcare (Mon–Thu, 8:00–13:00), allowing parents to choose a flexible schedule that suits their needs – whether through single-entry visits, prepaid passes, or a regular morning preschool program.
A strong emphasis is placed on creating a home-like environment where children feel safe and comfortable. The space is equipped with toys from trusted brands and incorporates Montessori elements, creative tools, and physiotherapy-based equipment to support children’s natural development. Smaller group sizes also ensure an individual approach and a smooth transition into a child’s first social environment.
Each morning includes a movement-based program – children take part in activities such as movement classes, rhythm exercises, basic ballet, singing, and playful workouts. The core concept is built around the motto “Move and play,” combining physical activity with natural learning.
Hejbárna collaborates with brands such as Mamy v rejži and Elis Design, and also offers speech therapy prevention through individual consultations. A great benefit for parents is the opportunity to combine childcare with personal time – for example, Pilates reformer workouts directly on-site.
